Hi, I am Dorcy

As the co-founder of Maron.AI, a pioneering venture dedicated to AI-driven recruitment, I am working alongside my co-founder, Yavuz, to redefine the industry. Drawing on my extensive experience from my previous role at ABpoll, a groundbreaking social geospatial data analytics project, I am leading the charge in transforming how we approach recruitment.

At ABpoll, we laid the groundwork for a future-forward approach to polling data, utilizing AI to recognize patterns and deliver personalized advice. My technical journey began with website development using WordPress and PHP, later evolving into building sophisticated web apps from scratch using Python, React, and AWS.

At Maron.AI, we are harnessing these skills and experiences to shape the future of recruitment, using AI to deliver precise, efficient, and intelligent hiring solutions.
